Services & Fees

A Diagnostic Evaluation (DE) is a clinical assessment completed by a professional. Throughout the DE a variety of questions will be asked to gather information to determine the initial “obstacle”, diagnostic criterion, appropriateness for treatment, and treatment that will be offered.  

A Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Evaluation is a clinical assessment completed by a professional who has specialized training. A SAP Evaluation evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol program regulation and makes recommendations concerning education or treatment that is needed before being eligible to return to work. During a SAP evaluation, a variety of questions will be asked to gather information and determine the recommendations. Upon completing the evaluation, the SAP will inform the patient of the recommendations, refer the patient to another provider to complete the recommendations, and upon completing the recommendations, the Patient will return to meet with the SAP for a follow-up evaluation. 

Some days are good days, some days are not so good days, therapy will allow you to process all days and lift your spirits. Individual counseling allows you as an individual to be treated holistically to meet your needs. At some point in time, we all have goals and individual counseling will assist you in creating goals for yourself to address life situations that are preventing you from achieving your ideal goals and being successful. Individual counseling is a non-judgmental, safe space to focus solely on yourself and become the best version of yourself. 

We all communicate differently with one another. To be a successful couple/family, we need to know how to communicate effectively, listen to one another, gain insight into each other and the relationship, encourage and empower one another, work together, and resolve conflict. By doing this, we hope to assist you in getting your relationship back into a healthy and happy place that will allow you to grow together. Couple/Family counseling is a safe space to identify and improve relationship obstacles and create healthy relationship goals and experiences. 

**I DO NOT accept insurance at this time, however, I can provide a “superbill” that you can submit to your health insurance provider for possible reimbursement. **

Information/Training for Motivation Interviewing or SAP Employer Requirements are scheduled as needed. Pricing is determined by location, hours, and if accommodations are needed. 

All services are self-pay. 

Payment Options: Debit Cards and Credit Cards are accepted. Debit/Credit cards are to be kept on file for each patient.

Good Faith Estimates are provided to each Client (see forms for more details).  

Please note, if sessions are not canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or you fail to present for a scheduled session, you will be charged a $40 fee.
